Project Description：This project involved the renovation and new construction of supporting ventilation and hot air circulation systems for manual powder spraying lines in the Algerian industrial coating sector. Centered on manual spraying operations, the whole line was equipped with our self-developed centrifugal fans and high-temperature fans to solve industry pain points including powder accumulation, poor working environment, uneven drying & curing, and trapped high-temperature exhaust gases in powder spraying procedures. These fans fully guaranteed stable, efficient and safe operation of the production line, and were successfully applied to local coating production in Algeria.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the dust collection efficiency at workstations greatly improved, with the removal rate of airborne dust in the spraying area reaching over 95%; the spraying appearance defect rate dropped from 12% before renovation to below 3%, significantly reducing rework/repair costs; spilled powder was effectively recycled to minimize paint waste, increasing the raw powder material utilization by 8%-12% and significantly lowering spraying consumable costs per batch of workpieces.
