Project Description：The project involved the supporting ventilation system for the core coating production line of a local automobile manufacturer in Thailand. Focusing on the stringent production requirements of automotive coating processes for clean ventilation, exhaust gas treatment, temperature and humidity circulation and stable air pressure, the project was specifically equipped with our two core products: centrifugal fans and plug fans. Those fans fully accommodate the complete processes of electrophoresis, spraying, drying and purification in the coating workshop, ensuring the efficient, stable, environmentally compliant and lawful operation of the entire coating production line, and helping the local automobile manufacturer improve paint surface quality and workshop production safety.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the defect rate involving particles, orange peel, color differences, and whitening after drying on vehicle paint surfaces decreased from 8.2% before renovation to within 1.8%, and the pass rate of coated finished products increased by 6.4%. Furthermore, the temperature uniformity inside the furnace was controlled within ±1.5℃, eliminating incomplete local curing and uneven paint surface hardness. The appearance consistency and durability of complete vehicle coatings fully met the factory inspection standards of the Thai vehicle manufacturer.
