Project Description：The project involved the supporting ventilation equipment for automatic painting production line of local construction machinery and components in Mexico. To address the industry challenges, such as heavy dust, high paint mist concentrations, complex operating environments and stringent explosion protection and ventilation requirements during the coating of large construction machinery workpieces, the complete set of plug fans, centrifugal fans and air supply fans (three core ventilation products) from our company was configured to form a closed-loop ventilation system integrating uniform air supply, paint mist extraction, exhaust gas discharge and workshop ventilation. Those fans ensure stable, safe and efficient operation of the entire coating production line and fully accommodate the high-standard production requirements of industrial coating for construction machinery.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the paint mist collection efficiency at the workstations increased to more than 98%; the concentration of airborne paint mist and dust particles in the workshop decreased by 75%; the airflow resistance in long-distance supply ducts decreased by 30%; the unobstructed exhaust gas conveying reached 100%. This completely resolved the previous problems of exhaust gas accumulation and delayed extraction during concentrated coating of large workpieces.
