Project Description：This project involved the supporting fan for a large domestic complete vehicle manufacturing base. The production base covers core production processes, such as stamping, welding, coating, final assembly and heat treatment, and features large scale, continuous operation, and intelligent production. During production, the operating conditions, such as workshop ventilation and dust removal, process exhaust gas conveying, and high temperature hot air circulation in furnace, impose the extremely high requirements on the stability, high temperature resistance, energy efficiency and adaptability of fan equipment. Based on the differentiated operating conditions of multiple application scenarios in the project, we tailored the supporting centrifugal fans and high-temperature plug fan series equipment, fully covering core processes, such as production ventilation, environmental protection and treatment, and high temperature process circulation. All fans have been installed and commissioned and were currently operating stably in long-term production.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the overall air exchange efficiency in workshop increased by more than 35%; the collection rate of welding fumes and coating VOC exhaust gas reached more than 98%; the temperature difference inside the furnace decreased from the original ±8℃ to within ±2℃; the furnace chamber temperature uniformity improved by more than 70%; the overall production pass rate increased by more than 2.3%, effectively reducing rework and scrap costs, and providing stable process assurance for large-scale mass production.
